AUT Library is part of the LCoNZ consortium in New Zealand. We have been a Voyager customer since 2003 and upgraded to Voyager 7 in July 2009. In this presentation I will talk about our use of SMS to send notices to library patrons, our experience with the Voyager 7 tomcat startup screen, creating a Maori language WebVoyage, and issues around OPAC performance and caching. For the future the consortium is mid-way through a project to select and implement a discovery layer product and integration between this and Voyager will be crucial.
