Improvements to Aleph plugin display in SFX menu

Description
The standard ALEPH plugin for the LOCAL_CATALOGUE_EX_LIBRIS_ALEPH target can only display information from two MARC fields/subfields. While each holding record is shown on a separate line in the SFX menu, there is no formatting of that line.

This modification allows several subfields from the same MARC field to be displayed in a columnar format.

This enhancement is distributed as part of a more general extension to SFX and Aleph, for graphical holdings charts. The specific sections that relate to the columnar display can be installed independently. For the download files and instructions see the graphical holdings charts page.
