- Description
This Firefox browser add-on displays electronic book and journal availability from SFX in the University of Michigan's OPAC. This tool was created primarily so that the user can see both the Aleph holdings information and the SFX thresholds on one web page to verify that they match. It can be used by technical services staff to keep the catalog and SFX up to date with each other. Information from the SFX service menu is inserted on the webpage of the record representing the book or journal in the OPAC which eliminates the need for multiple searches for the same book or journal in the catalog and in the Link Server.

Comments
The add-on will display SFX online availability for books and journals on the Mirlyn record page of the University of Michigan's OPAC. So far it only works with the University of Michigan's catalog.
