Version 2.1 fixes a couple of basic encoding issues and adds the ability to select a different configuration file from the GUI, as well as to override the sample rate and sample level settings.
Version 2.0 fixes a couple of issues with 1.5 and adds a GUI for selecting input files and configs.
- can run from either the command line or by simply double clicking the marcModifier.jar
- adds the ability to create record statistics and reports from the configuration file
