The code is heavily notated to help with localization. Please leave comments here if you have any issues in implementing.
Installation instructions
Copy the text below and paste into a text editor saving with the file name of your choice and the .php extension or download using the link above.
Move the file to the htdocs (or root web) directory of your Apache server. The script can be setup to run as a cron job.
